DPDS Nationwide leaflet distribution have developed and refined their operation procedures resulting in a very comprehensive system of both internal and field staff documentation. The reports from the field have been so designed to provide the client with precise information regarding the daily distribution quantities and postcodes covered. This information can be faxed to the client at regular periods throughout the course of the distribution. The Crew Managers information also enables the Account Controllers to collate and compare statistics with information received from the Divisional Managers who report daily on each of their contracted Crew's operation progress.
All Crew Managers and their Distributors are random back-checked by our Divisional and Regional Managers. The system allows for 3 face-to-face back-checks in each street, i.e. one on one side, one at the end and one in the middle of the other side of the street. A maximum of 10 streets in different parts of each sector are checked. It is policy for the Divisional Manager to obtain householders signatures whenever possible. Additionally, DPDS Nationwide leaflet distribution operational systems allows for the Crew Managers daily report, survey calls to be made by the Crew Managers on their distributors while indicating any households not delivered to and giving the reason why.
